Paying for your Order
The Knitting Squirrel accepts payment by PayPal.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay as a guest using a credit/debit card using PayPal.
This way, Knitting Squirrel never has details of your card anywhere in our system.
We receive an email from PayPal informing us of your completed payment for your order.
EU Customers
Please Note: From the 1st of July 2021, orders to EU Countries may incur customs charges.
Ordering
The Knitting Squirrel aims to provide an exemplary shopping experience.
You can only order a product if it is showing as in stock. I carry out an inventory stock taking twice a year, but this is a one-person business, and our system may have an error on the odd time. If this should happen, I will email you immediately and give you a refund for the product in question.
I strive to make the ordering process as smooth as possible for you.
I usually post parcels on Mondays and Thursdays. Please consider this before placing your order. Once posted, I have no control over your order.
